#mondaymotivation AM workout done ✔️ My new favorite sweet.. dark chocolate covered strawberries 🍓....I find that my sweet craving goes away after eating about 3 of them..they keep nice in the fridge, good for a grab & go, and super easy to make ..pic doesn't do them justice 😅 https://www.instagram.com/p/CrdNqZGgGUW/ Week 2 is complete for AM (before work) workouts (which I am loving vs. after work)💪 ✔️ https://www.instagram.com/p/CrIpSlkrnfz/ Trying it out to see if I can notice a difference..doing it 3x a week as a pre-workout ...this is my 3rd time trying it (1st week of adding it to my routine) 😁 https://www.instagram.com/p/Cq_XY32Plax/ 1st 5am workout and definitely realized I'm much more of a morning vs night person...by the time after work hits, I just want to relax and therefore it is super easy to talk myself out of the gym.... will be incorporating more AM workouts going forward 💪
